World Scout Jamboree in Yamaguchi.

Takamatsu University Rover Scouts were represented at the 23rd World Scout Jamboree in Yamaguchi Prefecture this summer by Mr. Williams.
Between July 28th and August 8th 2015, over 33,000 Scouts from over 160 countries around the world went to Kirarahama in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The problem was that many university students have tests during that time. So, Rover Scouts helped make signs for the Science Module section.
Mr. Williams attended the latter half of the camp. Working in the amateur radio section of the Science module, he helped to communicate between Japanese speakers and English speakers, translated newspaper articles, and helped to show Japanese people around the booth. He also talked on the ham radio to people around the world.
Australians Scouts come to Kagawa and have a good time with Takamatsu University Rover Scouts
After the World Scout Jamboree finished in Yamaguchi, a group of 60 Australian Scouts came to Kagawa Prefecture. The Rover Scouts from Takamatsu University went to the Ipal Kagawa, and helped the Australian Scouts with things like, wearing Japanese summer kimonos, doing Japanese calligraphy, folding origami and playing some Japanese games. A fun time was had by all.(ウィリアムズ R. T.)
